The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights; 
By placing an order with us, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions below. Should you have any questions about these terms we suggest you contact us prior to placing the order.

How to order
You can order products displayed on this website by either:
(1) Via our online shop
(3) By emailing to us your requirements. 

Product selection

We endeavour to always supply the items as shown for each or our hampers and gift boxes. unless specified, colours and flavours may vary but in the unlikely event that an item is not available we will contact you to confirm before any other substitutions are made. 
 
Prices
Our prices are shown on our web site. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price for overseas orders before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid. If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order by telephone or post please contact us for details of the postage/shipping cost. 
 

Payment
You can pay by credit card Visa /MasterCard, Debit card, BACs, Secure Worldpay or Paypal. Prices displayed on our web site are in UK Pounds Sterling. Your credit card supplier will determine the exact exchange rate for foreign currency at the time the order is processed.
 

Delivery
We can deliver goods to anywhere in the world and normally aim to ship goods to U.K destinations within 1 working day of receiving your order.
 

Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. 
You can return your order in its original unused condition to us
within 14 working days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the return costs and the safe return of the items. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. It is also helpful if you can phone or email us to let us know you are returning the item.

For all Items 
If you return an item to us, which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason, which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please telephone or e-mail us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation of order.
